My first ever review for any pagee! But this had to be done for sure!
I ordered a lipstick 20 days back from this page and i wasnt receiving it for some reason! After Constant reminders again and again, i finally got Annoyed and i msged that i dont need it anymore since im leaving for abroad tomorrow!
A while ago i hear a knock at the door with a man standing with a bag which had the lipstick i wanted And he left without taking the money! later i got to know that it was a gift for me!
The point is not about giving someone a gift and making them happy but the point is the gesture behind that! I’m actually flattered. Im sure loosing one customer out of 1000’s really wont make a difference to anyone but for you making each and every customer happy is important is what shocked me! thankyou fot replying back everytime i msged ! You could have easily ignored my msges but u dine! You’re trully a great person and im sorry for bothering you so much .

It was my first experience with Cosmetic Candy and i ordered Colourpop Lux lipstick but due to the warm weather it reached to me all melted. So i reported it to the dealer and they quickly changed the lipstick for me and it was simply amazing how they showed such support. Thankyou cosmetic candy. I will be purchasing more stuff from this page.
