Returns & Exchange

Returns and Exchange requests will be catered in the following 2 Cases.

Case 1: You received a Damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing order.

Please contact us within 7 days if your merchandise arrives damaged, faulty, inaccurate, or missing. Please be aware that if a return request is submitted more than 7 days following delivery, it will not be honored.

Please be aware that it is crucial for you to email us a photo of the Order Invoice that is located within your package. The invoice aids in the verification process, and its absence could result in the return request being denied. Please be aware that we may also need a picture of the product in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.

We will start a pickup request from your address once we have verified the matter within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.

Within 48 hours of receiving your complaint, we will investigate the matter and launch a pickup request from your address.

All products must be returned unused, with the seals and tags still on them, and with all of the accompanying accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. At our warehouse, we do a Quality Check on all returned goods to make sure they are being sent back in the same condition they were received. If the item is returned to us damaged, used, or in bad condition, we reserve the right to decline your request.

If your request is granted, Cosmetic Candy will pay the delivery fees for both the order that will be picked up and the order that will be sent out again.

Case 2: You need a different variant, shade, or type than the one you ordered.

Please get in touch with us within 7 days if you require a different variation, shade, or kind than the one you ordered. Please be aware that if a return request is submitted more than 7 days following delivery, it will not be honoured.

Your replacement order will be sent out if your exchange request is authorised, and you will be charged Rs. 250 in shipping fees to cover Pickup and Delivery.
